Five steps to locate the problem
When a deposit is missing, always start on-chain: was it sent, is it confirmed, was the network right. That resolves most cases.
OKX deposit records show confirmation progress, which you can cross-check against a block explorer.
What to prepare before you start
These five things cover almost every delay people run into: The transaction hash.
Screenshots and the timestamp of the deposit. The network name shown by the sender and by OKX.
Whether any memo or tag was included where required.
Locate the problem in five steps
Check in this order before filing anything: Copy the hash from the sender and look it up on the matching explorer.
Check whether confirmations meet the threshold OKX publishes. Verify the network matches, since wrong chains are the usual culprit.
Confirm no required memo or tag was omitted, which blocks auto-crediting. If confirmed on-chain and details are right, contact support with the hash.
Fees, limits and processing times
Numbers change from time to time, always confirm on the official fee page before you commit size: Depending on region, fiat can arrive by bank transfer, card payments through third-party processors, or C2C purchase inside the app.
Crypto deposits follow the standard confirmation rule: nothing shows in your balance until the network reaches the required confirmations. USDT and USDC are available across several networks; matching the network on both ends is what decides whether funds arrive.
For first-time transfers, always send a small test amount before moving the full balance. The help centre and in-app support cover most issues; for fund-related cases open a ticket and keep the reference number.
Nobody from real support will ask for your password, 2FA code or seed phrase - treat anyone who does as a scammer.
The OKX-specific part
OKX history shows status and confirmations so you can judge progress. Some assets need a tag, which you can supply from the record page.

What does support need
Hash, asset, network, amount and time - complete data moves faster.
Can a wrong-address deposit be recovered
Usually not, which is exactly why small tests come first.
